THOMAS J. RYSIEWICZ, P.E.

Mr. Rysiewicz is a co-founder of the company and Principal in the Westmont, Illinois office. He has over twenty-eight (28) years of continued experience in the environmental field gained both as an environmental manager for a Fortune 500 industrial company and as a diversified environmental professional serving in private consulting. He currently is a registered Professional Engineer in the states of Illinois, Indiana and Wisconsin and has numerous requisite certifications within the environmental profession.

Mr. Rysiewicz is highly knowledgeable in the areas of governmental/regulatory environmental requirements and standards, compliance and permitting issues, sampling, monitoring and testing protocols, site/facility assessments and investigations, and both small and large-scale remedial projects for a wide range of industrial and commercial clients. Mr. Rysiewicz is capable of managing and implementing all phases of a project from initial conception and cost estimation, through field tasks and technical evaluations, and ultimately to end-of-project reporting and documentation. In particular, his expertise lies in being able to successfully perform and complete tasks in an efficient and cost-effective manner and in accordance with applicable regulatory requirements. Through his efforts, numerous real estate transactions have culminated, compliance issues have been resolved, and environmental liabilities have been accurately identified and successfully removed or mitigated.
